Have you ever had a job where you had tons of suggestions on how to improve a workplace and the management just did not want to hear it? Or did you ever have a feeling that if only you could be in charge, things would run smoothly?
If you did, then you and I are on the same wavelength. Yes, it is very easy to go and get a job. Why shouldn't be? The building is already leased, the walls are painted, payroll is set up-all you have to do is show up on the days you were told to show up, perform your part of the conveyer line, and collect a paycheck.
Let's even say that you get paid "big bucks", let's say you get paid $100, 0000 a year. Now think about th...the company that hired you pays $100,000 to one person -YOU. How much money do you think the company makes to afford you and many other employees, all while remaining profitable? Well, let's just say A LOT.
Now, aside from money, working for a big company is simply impersonal! You are just part of the system, just one puzzle pie...and hey, if you don't like it -there are many puzzle pieces out there to fit in your place.
Reporting to somebody is not fun either, you're constantly being watched. What? You took a two hour lunch?? Well that is just NOT acceptable! We just DON'T do that, and you make sure not to do it again.
I am not saying it's going to be easy starting your own business, heck, you won't get a penny for at least your first year (unless you have a really good idea). But don't let the lack of money discourage you because in the end it is all worth it!
The best thing is to have a positive attitude and a sharp mind.
Having your own business will give you the freedom to work hard for YOURSELF, for YOUR family. It might not be easy but I am sure it will be rewarding...And that is my reason for starting something of my own.
Work Hard-Play Hard
Yours,
