
I have many people coming to me for advice on a healthy snack. So here are some of my personal favorites: 1. Grapes. Take a small zip baggy with you to work and keep it on your desk. Grapes are mostly waterand will keep you full while still being so yummy! Try freezing grapes for a refreshing sweet taste. 2. Yogurt with cereal or granola. In a small baggy put a little bit of granola or your favorite cereal. When at work, home or school, mix granola into the yogurt and enjoy this tasty and filling snack. 3. Instead of coffee try making a black tea with milk and then refrigerate it. Add sugar and you will have a delicious drink without so much caffeine. It will save you several dollars too. If you are not a tea drinker you can do the same thing with coffee (but in your own house). Brew coffee, add milk and sugar and put it in the fridge. 4. Cut up any fruit or vegetables and bring it with you to work/school.To prevent browning sprinkle some sugar or lemon juice on top of your veggies or fruits.
